There's a growing understanding of the range of sensory issues any of us may have. There is an acceptance that sensory differences are a factor in autism. Many of our children do not realise that they perceive the world differently through their senses, so they cannot explain their experience to others.

Denise has training in sensory integration therapy and many years experience of assessing and treating sensory processing challenges.
